The vacation hotel suites feature fireplaces, expansive windows, full kitchens, flat screen TV, and 24-hour room services; 20 executive private homes offer sweeping panoramic ocean, mountain, and city views, spacious open floor plans, gourmet kitchens, spa inspired bathrooms and much more. Monthly strata fees for private residences average 50 cents a square foot, and include access to the hotel's services and amenities, heating and cooling, garbage/recycling, and a residence butler. Owners of vacation hotel suites pay no monthly fees.
