It was supposed to be the tallest residential condo tower in the city. But documents filed in B.C. Supreme Court paint a picture of a project grounded in financial turmoil

CURV - 1083 Nelson Street, Vancouver, BC V0V 0V0, Canada. Crossroad are Nelson street and Thurlow Street. Developed by Briavia Group and Henson Development. Scheduled for completion in 2027. CURV has a total og 501 units and 60 storey tall. This project will also include a separate airspace parcel and entrance for 49 rental unit and 114 non market housing. The sinuous, curved design, with trees throughout the height of the building, pays homage to the natural environment of the West End neighbourhood. 8 levels of underground parking with 299 vehicle parking spaces and 1000 Class A bicycle parking spaces and 26 Class B bicycle spaces.

Reflecting the energetic forces of its surrounding Pacific Northwest environment, CURV will be the tallest PassivHaus structure in the world. Located in the heart of Vancouver, and at the highest point of downtown, this is a revolution in sustainable urban living. Rising at 60 storeys high, CURV will also be Vancouvers tallest residential tower. Curv is brilliantly designed by world-renowned architect Tom Wright of WKK Architects, and with interior design by Andres Ecobar of Lemay & Escobar. With the extraordinary ability to harness its own energy, ultra-filter air and soften sound, Curv emanates the blissful feeling of living at the height of now.
