It's Western Canada's largest 10-pin bowling alley and offers a variety of activities, including cosmic bowling, a fitness center, and a lounge with big-screen sports games. Interestingly, there are plans to redevelop the site into a high-density, mixed-use development with three high-rise towers. The tallest tower is proposed to be 60 storeys high, and the development will include residential units, commercial spaces, and various amenities.
Tower One features: 60 storeys high, 620 strata units: 75 studio units, 324 one-bedroom units, 162 two-bedroom units, and 59 three-bedroom units.
Tower Two: 54 storeys high, 570 strata units: 120 studio units, 238 one-bedroom units, 159 two-bedroom units, and 53 three-bedroom units.
Tower 3: 46 storeys high, 477 rental units: 54 studio units, 225 one-bedroom units, 153 two-bedroom units, and 45 three-bedroom units. Of the 477 rental units, 242 are market rental units, and 235 are provided at rents 20% below CMHC median rates.
A total of 1,667 residential units across the three towers. Approximately 6,850 square feet of commercial space along Lougheed Highway. A pedestrian-oriented plaza with public seating, a kids' play area, public art, and a streamside pathway.
