Band by Townline, is a 45-storey, mixed-use condominium and townhome development currently under construction in West Coquitlam, British Columbia, near the border of Burnaby. The project is a collaboration between real estate developers Townline and QuadReal. The development is located at 675 North Road and 668 Whiting Way, in a rapidly growing, transit-oriented neighborhood. The project estimated completion is in 2027.
