The Holborn Group is making waves with a $2.8 billion development proposal that could dramatically reshape downtown Vancouver. The plan includes three towering skyscrapersone of which would become the tallest building in British Columbia at 1,033 feet (315 meters). The development will be located at 501-595 W Georgia St, Vancouver, BC V6B 1Z5, Canada.

Features & Amenities:

- 1,939 new homes, including 378 non-market units gifted to the city
- A 920-room hotel with a public observation deck dubbed a forest in the sky
- Over 70,000 square feet of conference space
- A public plaza featuring Indigenous art and cultural spaces
- A child-care facility and artist-in-residence studios for local First Nations

The design, inspired by ancient glass sea sponge reefs, is being led by Henriquez Partners Architects. If approved, this would be one of the most ambitious private-sector projects in Vancouvers history.
