There are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood such as Browns Socialhouse, Kon Thai, Dairy Queen, Domino's Pizza, White Sport, Mario's Kitchen. The bus stops are minutes away and they can take you to Canada Line. The Hunter Green was built in 1995. There are 38 units in development and in strata. Building is partially rainscreened, with a stucco exterior and asphalt roof. It is an adul-oriented community with age restriction 19+ Tere are not pets or rentals permitted in the Hunter Green. The complex features include in-suite laundry, underground parking, bike room, storage area, workshop and recreation centre.
