This prime location is in the heart of business district downtown Vancouver. Close to transits, shopping and restaurants. 515 West Pender is one block to sea bus and Skytrain, public transit in front of the doors. Building is connected to a residential tower called Conference Plaza (438 Seymour) A Ill commercial strata owners get use of the residential facilities with access on the 2nd floor.

Effective October 5, 2015 move-fees will be applicable to all suites (furnished and unfurnished) as per the following Strata Rule:

B. General

12. Move-in & Move-Out

A $200.00 damage deposit shall be made when booking the move, This will be refunded if there is no damage to the building.
All move-ins/move-outs shall be completed between the following times:
Weekdays: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (All moves must be completed by 4 p.m.)
Weekends: Saturday and sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (including statutory holidays)
Only one (1) move-in shall be allowed at a time.
If the move-in is booked 48 hours or more in advance, there will be a $100.00 move-in fee charged.
If the move-in is booked between 24 and 48 hours in advance, there shall be a $200.00 move-in fee charged.
If the move-in is booked less than 24 hours in advance, there shall be a $300.00 move-in fee charged.
Unscheduled move-ins or move-outs are not allowed. Any unscheduled move will be chared for $300.00 move-in fee plus a #200.00 fine.
